I decided to sell my home and decided to call the friendly home buyer company. From the first conversation with Joe, the agent I felt comfortable. Many of the questions I was going to ask were already covered in the conversation. Then I had some other questions and concerns and Joe understood the question and gave me an answer that made me feel comfortable. I did not feel pushed to sell and after all the annswered qquestion I decided to sell my home. It was easy from the start. Joe always answered the phone when I called. Joe also would call me and check on my progress in getting my situation of preparing my move. Even at the time of closing I felt comfortable. Thanks Joe for your professionalism. Highly recommend this company. Once agreement was reached for the sale of a distressed property, every detail was explained and went off just as promised. We'll done Joe!! I would do it again. No regrets!!!

It was a fast and everyone was so very nice. Explained everything called every few days to check on an me and to see if I had any questions. They truly cared. Please if anyone needs to sell their home as is for cash these are the people to call. They make the process as simple and friendly as possible. They make fair offers.I was not taken advantage of.
